Bronco Resources Announces Private Placement and Debt Settlement Transactions
August 31 2026 – TheNewswire - BRONCO RESOURCES CORP. (TSX-V: BRON ) (“ Bronco ” or the “ Company ”), to announce a non-brokered private placement (the “ Financing ”) to raise gross proceeds of up to $450,000 through the sale of up to 9,000,000 units (the “ Units ”) at the price of $0.05 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share (a “ Share ”) of the Company and one-half of one non-transferable share purchase warrant (each a whole warrant a “ Warrant ”). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional Share of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issue (the “ Expiry Date ”). The Company may pay finders' fees of 6% cash and 6% finders warrants (“ Finder Warrant ”). Each Finder Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.10 for 24 months following closing of the Financing on the same terms as the Warrants described hereinabove.

Bronco Resources (TSX-V: BRON) has reported rock sampling results of up to 55 grams per tonne gold and 149 grams per tonne silver from the Kodiak Zone Extension. The zone is an outcropping located 65 meters north of a previously sampled outcrop at the company's Placer Mountain Gold Project.
Bronco Resources Announces a Change of Auditors
July 10, 2026 – TheNewswire - BRONCO RESOURCES CORP. (TSX-V: BRON) (" Bronco ” or the " Company ") announces a change of the Company's auditor. At the request of the Company, Smythe LLP (the "Former Auditor") has resigned as auditor of the Company effective July 10, 2026. The audit committee and board of directors of the Company have appointed DMCL LLP as the successor auditor, effective July 10, 2026 (the "Successor Auditor") until the close of the next annual general meeting of the Company. The Company has sent a Notice of Change of Auditor (the "Notice") to the Former Auditor and to the Successor Auditor and has received a letter from each, addressed to the securities commissions in each of Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario stating that they agree with the information contained in the Notice. The Notice together with the letter from the Former Auditor and the letter from the Successor Auditor have been reviewed and approved by the Company's board of directors and are available on the SEDAR+ website at www.sedarplus.ca.
