What we collect

Account information (email, name) when you register or sign in.
Usage data when you use dashboards, charts, watchlists, and subscriptions.
Payment-related metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
Technical data such as browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.

How we use your data

Provide and secure the service (authentication, subscriptions, AI features).
Improve the product through analytics, when you consent.
Measure advertising campaigns, when you consent.
Comply with legal obligations and respond to support requests.

Stock fundamentals are sourced from Financial Modeling Prep. AI-generated reports use Google Gemini on our servers. AI output is for educational purposes only and is not financial advice.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. PostHog and other analytics providers may process data in the US. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Session recording

With your analytics consent, Microsoft Clarity may record sessions and capture interactions to help us improve usability. You can withdraw consent at any time via Cookie Settings.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@stockpicker.tech to exercise these rights.
