Who we are

Stockpicker.tech operates the Stockpicker stock research platform. For privacy questions or data subject requests, contact us at support@stockpicker.tech.

What we collect

Account information (email, name) when you register or sign in.
Usage data when you use dashboards, charts, watchlists, and subscriptions.
Payment-related metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
Technical data such as browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.

How we use your data

Provide and secure the service (authentication, subscriptions, AI features).
Improve the product through analytics, when you consent.
Comply with legal obligations and respond to support requests.

AI and market data

Stock fundamentals are sourced from Financial Modeling Prep. AI-generated reports use Google Gemini on our servers. AI output is for educational purposes only and is not financial advice.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. PostHog and other service providers may process data in the US. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Contact and support requests

When you submit the contact form or request a video analysis, we use your email address only to respond to that request. We do not add you to marketing lists through this process. Our analysis newsletter is managed separately through Ghost CMS with its own opt-in and unsubscribe controls.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@stockpicker.tech to exercise these rights.

California residents

We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics partners may process data for cross-context behavioral advertising when you consent.
