Châtillon, France, July 30, 2026 DBV Technologies Announces Sale of Approximately $50 Million of ADSs Through Its At-The-Market (ATM) Program on Nasdaq DBV Technologies (Euronext: DBV – ISIN: FR0010417345 – Nasdaq Capital Market: DBVT) (the “Company”), a late-stage biopharmaceutical company, today announced that, pursuant to the Company's At-The-Market Program established on September 1, 2025 and included in a new registration statement and accompanying prospectus filed on July 27, 2026, (the “ATM Program”), it has agreed to issue and sell new ordinary shares (the “Ordinary Shares”) in the form of American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), for total gross proceeds to the Company of approximately $50 million, before deducting sales agent commissions and offering expenses payable by the Company, to RA Capital Management, L.P (“RA Capital”) through Citizens JMP Securities, LLC (“Citizens”), acting as sales agent. DBV Technologies: Regulatory Noise, Commercial Misperception, And A Deep Valuation Gap
DBV Technologies is rated Buy following positive Phase 3 VITESSE results. My risk- and dilution-adjusted DCF yields $42 per ADS, more than double the current share price. The model assumes that 60% of diagnosed children with adequate insurance coverage ultimately initiate treatment, reflecting Viaskin's favorable safety profile, user-friendly administration, and the significant burden of avoidance-only management. An initial backlog of untreated children creates a temporary annual revenue peak above $1.6bn before revenues stabilize around $1bn as the market reaches steady state.
DBV Technologies: Viaskin's FDA Path Still Leaves Room For More Upside
DBV Technologies is rated a buy, with a 24% upside to a $17 FY 2027 price target as Viaskin nears BLA submission. DBVT's transition from research to commercial readiness is evident, with rising sales/marketing spend and declining research tax credits signaling operational progress. The key catalyst is the planned Q3 2026 BLA submission, expected to trigger a 10-month FDA review and potential commercial launch in 2027.
