(TSX Venture: CSX) (the “Company” or “Clean Seed”) announces that its Board of Directors has approved the grant of 3,000,000 Restricted Share Units (“RSUs”) to the Company's Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Jeet Jheetey , pursuant to the Company's Equity Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”). Each RSU entitles the holder to receive one common share of the Company upon vesting, subject to the terms of the Plan. The RSUs will vest one year from the date of grant.
