Arras Minerals Announces Upsized $21.7 Million Bought Deal Financing

(TSX-V: ARK, OTCQB: ARRKF) (“Arras” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, in connection with its previously announced bought deal financing (the “Offering”), it has entered into an amended agreement with Haywood Securities Inc., on its behalf and on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters (collectively, the “Underwriters”), to increase the size of the Offering to 15,984,500 common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares”) at a price of C$1.36 per Common Share (the “Issue Price”), for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of C$21,738,920 (the “Underwritten Offering”). The Company shall have the right to designate subscribers to purchase up to 1,470,588 Common Shares at the Issue Price for up to C$2,000,000 (the “President's List”) as part of the Underwritten Offering.
