(“NFI” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer of buses and motorcoaches and a provider of comprehensive aftermarket parts and service solutions, today announced that it has entered into an underwriting agreement to issue and sell C$350 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2033 of the Company (the “Notes”) in a private placement offering (the “Offering”), at a price of C$1,000 per C$1,000 principal amount of Notes, with an interest rate of 6.625% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears on January 21 and July 21, commencing on January 21, 2027. In addition, the Company today announced that it has amended and extended its existing senior revolving credit facilities (the “First Lien Senior Credit Facility”).
